How booking works
Pick your class, tick the box to accept the health and liability waiver, and pay securely by card. You'll get a confirmation email with the full address and anything you need to know before you arrive.
Why spaces go quickly
Every class is capped at three mats. That's what makes the teaching personal, and it's also why the calendar closes a class as soon as the third space goes. If your class is full, join the waiting list and you'll be told the moment a mat frees up.
